Caffino Travel Cases Giveaway – Official Rules (English)

1. Eligibility: The “Trick or Treat… Sip & Win!” Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of British Columbia, Canada, who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of 88 Supermarket, UNO, Caffino, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members and those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

2. Contest Period: The Contest begins on October 28, 2025, at 9:00 AM (PDT) and ends on November 3, 2025, at 11:59 PM (PST) (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter: No purchase necessary. During the Contest Period, you may enter by completing the following steps on the official Contest post on the 88 Supermarket Instagram page:

1. Follow the @88_supermarket (Instagram) and/or @caffinocanada (Instagram) account.
2. “Like” the official Contest post.
3. Comment on the official Contest post by stating (i) your favourite Caffino flavour and (ii) which 88 Supermarket location you shop at most frequently (Victoria Drive, Killarney, or Richmond).
4. Tag three (3) friends in your comment.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per platform (Instagram) for the duration of the Contest Period. Any attempt to use multiple accounts to enter more than the stated limit will result in disqualification.

4. Prize and Approximate Retail Value: There will be three (3) prizes available to be won (one for each store location commented). Each winner will receive one (1) Caffino Travel Case, including a branded mug and 3 Caffino products inside: BOLD, Barista Brown Sugar and Barista Coconut. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.

5. Winner Selection and Skill-Testing Question: On or about November 4, 2025, three (3) potential winners (one for each of the three store locations, selected from entries that commented on the corresponding location) will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid, to be administered via direct message on Instagram. The selected entrant must also comply with all other terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

6. Winner Notification: The potential winners will be notified via a direct message on Instagram  by the 88 Supermarket official social media account within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or fails to provide the required information within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Prize Claim: Each confirmed winner must pick up their prize at their indicated 88 Supermarket location (Victoria Drive, Killarney, or Richmond).

Winners must provide identification to claim the prize. Unclaimed prizes after seven (7) days from notification may be forfeited.

8. General Conditions: This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful attempts to notify potential winners. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless 88 Supermarket Ltd. , UNO, Caffino, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Releasees”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. Publicity & Privacy: By entering, each participant consents to the use of their name, username, likeness, and city of residence for publicity purposes related to this Contest, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Each winner further consents to appear in photos or short videos taken by 88 Supermarket during prize collection, and agrees that these materials may be posted on 88 Supermarket’s Instagram, Facebook, or other digital channels for promotional use.

Personal information collected for this Contest will be used solely for administering the promotion and will be handled in accordance with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

10. Social Media Disclaimer: This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, or Facebook.

Participants release Meta, Instagram, and Facebook from any responsibility or liability arising from participation in this Contest.
