Head Cashier


Training location: 3 month training period in Victoria/ Killarney

Job descriptions

- Handle refunds, exchange transactions and overrides when necessary
- Listen to customers’ requests or complaints and refer them to the management for professional resolve
- Recruit and train new staff for the Cashier Department and follow up to evaluate their performance
- Communicate with Office staff regarding missing price labels or price check.
- Communicate with Accounting about unbalanced transactions, cashier short/over.
- Schedule, assign, and supervise all cashiers and ensure staff hours are scheduled within payroll allocation
- Other duties as required by the Store manager


- At least 2 years of working experiences in cashier role
- A good experience in using MS Office
- Strong communication skill and attention to details are required
- Available 5 working days
