Job Descriptions

- Manage and maintain the office supplies and track the inventories of the store
- Check invoices, label and update the price of the products
- Receive the income emails, phone calls and distribute back to respective departments
- Make sure to have smooth day to day operations with the respective tasks
- Maintain confidential information and follow company policies and procedures
- Other duties as required

Qualifications

- A good experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skill and attention to details are required
- Strong organizational skills and able to work both independently and with a team.
- Available 5 working days
