We are looking for a full-time and permanent reliable Food Store Supervisor to assist with our
growing business.
We offer:
C$21.00 (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation. Overtime will be calculated after 40hrs.
Work location: 4801 Victoria Drive, Vancouver, BC V5N 4P3.

Employment requirements:
• Completion of secondary school.
• Previous customer service and dealings, cashier, retail experience necessary. 1-2 years experience
is an asset.
• Good people skills, communication skills, hard working and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and coordinate floor staff and cashiers.
• Hire and train of new staff and monitor and report on performance.
• Prepare work schedules.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, personnel matters, and complaints
• Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage
and cleanliness.
• May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the
store, managing/reporting escalated complaints to superior.
• May perform the same duties as worker supervised.
