Florist

Florists are responsible for ordering, making the bouquets, taking care of plants and flowers, doing pricing and displaying products. Florists also give customers instructions on how to care for flowers, including the ideal temperature and how often the water should be changed.

Qualifications: 

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Have experience in floral industry
  • Must be able to frequently lift 20 to 30 pounds
  • Need knowledge of care and handling of cut flowers and plants
